ABOUT ME

You can call me Casper. I strive to be completely. Authentically. Me. As a gay man discovering himself in the 90s, I understand the struggle to do so.

I have a background in the arts and work well with active and creative minds. And I know the challenge when the creative goes corporate. I’ll help you find balance, tethered to the work of your heart. Whether you’re an actor or an accountant, I’ll connect you to your creative self. I see art as public dreams.

I’ll listen for what’s underneath your words, the messages of the unconscious. I believe the past can inform our present patterns of thought and behavior. But I won't keep you spinning, needing to know the why of every feeling and impulse. I’ll let you know when knowing the why will illicit deeper change.

I’m radically sex-positive and fiercely anti-shame. Shame serves no purpose, but to control. Like most things, fear isn’t all bad. It keeps you from running into traffic. But it’s usually what’s hiding in the shadows, spewing hatred towards self and others, preventing the change you need.

I won’t always say the right thing or have all the answers. But I can hold and honor all the feelings you feel.
